About the Authors

The writer and illustrator of Pony Pointers both have many years of experience owning, training and showing horses and ponies.

Kathy Bennett

Kathy has been published in Western Horseman magazine, instructed many children and adults in horsemanship, co-coached the Mason High School Equestrian Team and has been a 4-H horse project leader. She has also worked for many years in the Mason, MI public school system as a teacher's aid.

Carol A Peterson

Carol is a free-lance artist who has an extensive background in horse ownership, she has coached the Mason High School Equestrian Team.
